Managing Company Vehicles Library
Alley Data enables you to create and assign company vehicles that employees might use. Before you can link company vehicles to an Employee you will need to add them to the company vehicles library. This makes it easy to add a company vehicle once and then quickly link it to one or more Employee profiles.
First, log in to the web app and locate your name and avatar in the upper right hand portion of the page. Click on it and a pop-up menu will appear. Click on the “Settings” link to navigate to the settings page. You’ll find your company vehicles library under the “Company Vehicles” tab. Here you can create, edit, or delete company vehicles.
To create a company vehicle, locate and click on the “Add Company Vehicle” button. A pop-up window will appear. Here you can complete the form with information about the company vehicle. Click “Save” and the company vehicle is ready to be linked to an Employee.
To edit a company vehicle, locate the pencil icon under the actions column. Click on the icon and a pop-up window will appear where you can make the necessary changes. Click “Save” to complete editing the company vehicle.
To delete a company vehicle, locate the trash can icon under the actions column. Click on the icon. A message will appear. Confirm you want to delete the company vehicle. The company vehicle is now removed from the company vehicles library.
